Warning - this is a long read and it gets a bit sentimental and mushy toward the end, but we really mean what we say! Many of the items we sell are vintage or gently used. They are carefully curated for quality and value. Our goal is to provide products you will love and keep great products from a premature demise in a land fill. Please understand right up front though, we do not accept returns, again - NO RETURNS - unless we clearly have made a mistake. We WILL offer extensive support prior to your purchase to ensure you will be happy with what you buy. Why so strict? Shipping rates are on the rise. (Hello fuel cost, we are giving you the side eye!) The economy is difficult. We an our employees continue to face higher cost of living and deserve compensation to offset this rising tide of costs. Shipping uses scarce resources and challenges our environment. So, shipping items back and forth is not good for your pocket book, our pocket book, or the planet. Together, let’s make sure the purchase is right before it is finalized. Quality and customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We will ALWAYS include shipping insurance in the transaction so you are protected. Once an item leaves our hands, if it is damaged during transport, it is out of our hands. But, if something goes wrong, we will help support filling a claim and promise not to ghost you as issues are quickly addressed. We strive to be available within 12 hours of an outreach, but typically we can and will respond much sooner. We are a small business and finding consistent high quality help is an adventure. (Have you seen the news? We think the reports are spot on!). Bottom line: We value you, we value our employees, and we value the quality of our product and our reputation. Without customers like you, we would just be a company with a bunch of lovely stuff sitting around waiting for someone to benefit from it! That doesnt create jobs for our crew or pay the bills! Bottom line, if we keep quality high and costs down, we can do do more for our crew. If our employees are happy, they focus more on service and quality. If service and quality are high, you get a great product and experience. If you get a great product and experience, then you will hopefully tell your friends and come back again. Then we can do more for our employees and the cycle continues. We all win!
